MODERN vs CLASSIC beauty.. Ho I’m for the latter!
My plan is to buy a handy-dandy digital camera. But this one has sure got me into thinking about getting the good old FILM camera. Yeah, you do still remember that, don’t you? Film camera. Film rolls. Negatives. The times when we used to turun kadai pi cuci gambar di saana Bong Kiong. Well, I have to say.. Both “generations” have their own “definition” of photographic beauty. Why not a bit of this and a bit of that, once in a while.

Seriously, just put it all out of your mind. We’ll no longer “look for the big picture,” and there will be no more “getting an overview” or “stepping back to take it all in.” All of these concepts imply an abrupt halt to activity – a conscious pause of your natural drive and instincts. As we say day in and day out: Be fast. Who’s got the time to consider the implications when close to a million tremendous potential photos are streaming right past your nose? No Diana owner worth their chops would spend one iota of energy on the big picture when there are so many crucial elements to focus on.

yeah, i’ve heard a lot about its ability to capture things in such a whimsical manner. i’ve been eyeing it too!!! but my heart was previously for lomo cameras as it is more unique and it has not-the-average camera abilities. it has its own way with pictures. but diana dreamer, it’s totally for ye ol’ soul. i swear, if you ever get it, im so gonna be jealous man!!! hehehe. let’s save for Diana together and we can share photos!! great idea for a not-so-new year’s resolution, dont cha think? *wink*
